Home is perfect for multiple families and entertaining large groups. 3400 square feet of open living space. Living room, dining and kitchen are open to a large entertaining area. Kitchen features stainless appliances with a chefs gourmet gas stove with double ovens (convection and regular). Keurig with variety of coffee provided. Hardwood floors in living room, dining and hallways. A large game room with ping pong table and foosball is right off the kitchen area which leads to a large fenced backyard with gas grill and paver patio.
Front loading washer and dryer in hallway. Huge master bedroom with king bed, tv, dvd and en suite bathroom.
Bedroom 2 has a king bed, Bedroom 3 queen bed, Bedroom 4 Queen bed, Bedroom 5 has a twin over full bunkbed and twin bed. There is room in Bedroom 1, 3, and game room for queen air mattresses if needed.
We love the quiet neighborhood in walking distance to Fayetteville’s best park with walking trails, creek and summer concerts.
The back yard is a secluded oasis. Yard games and chairs provided. There are multiple flat screen TVs with full cable to enjoy movie nights, all SEC games. The location is amazing. 4.5 miles from Razorback stadium.

Summary: The house is fantastic for a large group and young children. The main living/kitchen area is wide open and allows for feeding large groups and mingling. The trampoline, swing set, and game room are great additions. The master bedroom is expansive and there are bedrooms and bed options everywhere you turn. The amenities were plentiful, accurate and available. Mandy and Jordan were super responsive and welcoming. We so enjoyed our time together for this holiday.
